DECENTRALISATION CAPACITY
Decentralisation capacity is acquired when one becomes aware
of others’ existence by overcoming the idea that one’s own point of view is the only point from which reality can be observed.

This means recognising the existence of world concepts different from one’s own and of a variety of approaches and points of view. It also means having an empathic attitude towards others, being open-minded, and willing to change one’s own behaviour.

Some practices help movement in this direction: eg, working and making plans together, and assigning and accepting different roles.
